• How to Recharge Online?

    • 1st TIME NEW USER

      Step 1: Welcome

      Welcome to Oneindia Recharge Services

       

      Step 2: Select Plan & Enter mail ID

      Enter your “Mobile number” to recharge. As you enter your number you will see the Operator & Circle getting auto selected, “select the amount” you want to recharge for or enter it Manually. (If you have ported your number then please SELECT correct Operator & Circle). Please enter a Valid “Email ID” where all transactions details will be mailed, after all details entered hit on “Proceed”

       

      Step 3: Create Wallet for New 1st time User

      This message is for all New Users who are doing recharge for the first time on recharge.oneindia.com. Please click on “Create wallet” as its mandatory, this is RBI-approved and called as Semi-Closed wallet. Cancel button will take you back to welcome page

       

      Step 4: Mode of Payment

      On this page we ask you to select the desired mode of payment any of these Internet banking or Debit card or Credit card, after selecting mode of payment click on “Pay”

       

      Step 5: 3D Bank Secure page

      This page is under Bank control and its for all Debit and Credit card payment made online. Enter your 3D secure online password within 180 seconds and click on “Submit”. If any transactions fails due to Bank issue, user should contact their respective bank

       

      Step 6: Successful Confirmation

      This message will display once the recharge is “Successful”.

       

      If Recharge fails you will get this message, Don’t worry your money is always SAFE. Try Again after sometime or Contact our customer care

    • RETURNING USER

      Step 1: Welcome

      Step 2: Select Plan & Enter mail ID

      Enter your “Mobile number” to recharge. As you enter your number you will see the Operator & Circle getting auto selected, “select the amount” you want to recharge for or enter it Manually. (If you have ported your number then please SELECT correct Operator & Circle). Please enter a Valid “Email ID” where all transactions details will be mailed, after all details entered hit on “Proceed”

       

      Step 3: Login Registered/Returning Users

      If you are a returning & registered user you will get this page where we ask your “Wallet password” you will have to generate the password via OTP or Forgot Password link. Enter your “Password” & click on “Proceed to Pay”, so that we make sure its safe & secured and a valid user is using Wallet money and recharging.

       

      Step 4(a): Pay with Wallet (Learn more)

      If you have money in your wallet due to previous transaction failure or because you have added money in Wallet then you will get this page or else it won’t appear. Wallet money will help you to get transaction done fast & safe. Just click on “Confirm Payment”

       

      Step 4(b): Mode of Payment

      On this page we ask you to select the desired mode of payment any of these Internet banking or Debit card or Credit card, after selecting mode of payment click on “Pay”
